What is an Organic Coffee Certificate?

All of our Ethiopian Coffees are Certified Organic; this guarantees that all the procedures and policies are applied from the plantation to the roasted coffee bag, so the coffee is not contaminated with non-organic products. To be precise, the trees are not fertilized or sprayed with chemicals.

The green beans are processed in natural, non-toxic ways, stored in a certified organic environment, then roasted with certified organic procedures. A dedicated organic grinder will be used if needed to be ground.
